Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney

Experienced plaintiff personal injury attorney position available at a prominent, fast-paced, friendly plaintiff's personal injury firm. We are seeking someone with at least three (3) years of experience in all aspects of plaintiff’s personal injury cases from inception to trial. Candidate should be familiar with drafting Summons and Complaints, Bills of Particular, Responses and Motions. Must have expierence conducting depositions as well as trial preperation and trials. Familiarity with NYCEF filing. Spanish speaking is a plus. Familiarity with CLOUDEX is a plus. We are seeking someone who is reliable, punctual, organized and motivated with strong writing and communication skills. Must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in NY State.
