Farm Help Wanted — Montgomery
We're seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team at a flower farm located in Montgomery, TX. The ideal candidate should have experience in landscape or farm or ranch work and be comfortable performing a variety of physical tasks.
Requirements:
- English or Spanish Speaking
- Previous experience in farm or ranch or landscape maintenance work preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Willingness to perform tasks such as landscape maintenance, weed eating, mowing, building exterior maintenance, fence maintenance, flower cutting, and garden weeding
- feeding and cleaning up after horses
- Comfortable working around animals
- Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a positive work environment
Position Details:
- Full-time position: 5 days a week, 8 AM to 5 PM with an hour for lunch
- Location: Montgomery, TX
- Compensation: $2000 per month, paid with taxes withheld
-After one year of employment, you'll receive a 20% raise.
-$500.00+ bonus during the holidays
-Two weeks of paid vacation from November through February during the off season.
