Executive Improvements is a licensed Class A contractor, maintaining both commercial and residential licensing. Our company is going through an explosive growth phase having expanded our business with several national retailers. We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives who will provide customer service and administrative support for our business. This position will support and work directly with existing and potential clients, managers, and company employees through a variety of tasks related to data entry, communication, scheduling, and customer service. Frequently responsible for confidential and time sensitive material we are seeking an applicant who is familiar with construction and working with teams deployed to customer job sites. The ability to effectively communicate via phone and email is a must.

Responsibilities:

Phone responsibilities communicating with new and existing clients

Data entry and operating systems maintenance.

Answer and direct phone calls.

Carry out administrative duties such as data entry, filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.

Detail oriented and has strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.

Prepare and distribute production reports and warehouse orders.

Maintain computer and manual filing systems.

Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Requirements:

Proven administrative assistant & customer service representative experience

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task/prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organization and planning skills

Proficient in MS Office Suite
