Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple communities within the surrounding area.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Maintain open communication with residents, property owners, and vendors.

- Implement and enforce community rules and regulations.

- Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.

- Manage resident inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

- Reliable transportation for traveling between communities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Tech-savvy with proficiency in email, phone, and printer use.

- Ability to post notices and updates effectively.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Proficient in English and Spanish; bilingual proficiency is a major plus.

- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred.
