Office Administrator
We’re looking to hire a full time Office Administrator to work at our Lakewood office.
Primary duties will include:
- Invoicing customers
- Paying vendors
- Preparing quotes for customers
- Processing orders and RMAs
- Managing Inventory
- Ordering parts
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Basic bookkeeping using Quickbooks
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High level of discretion, ethics, and trustworthiness
- Ability to work 40 hours per week at our Lakewood office
- High School Diploma or GED
Helpful Qualifications/Skills:
- 2+ years accounting experience
- Experience in a customer service role
- Hands-on experience with software and computer hardware
