DeBra-Kuempel combines the expertise of two of the tri-state’s oldest and most innovative companies, providing mechanical and electrical services to Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Evansville, Lawrenceburg, Lexington, Louisville, and the surrounding areas.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESKey areas of duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to these day-to-day IT operations:

Provide level 3 IT support by accessing highest level of technical resources.

Implement and manage network security as established by EMCOR policy.

Computer, software, printer, & mobile device inventory, setup, and maintenance.

Antivirus and patch management and monitoring for computer operating systems.

Provide basic Active Directory Users & Computers Support.

Provide end user help desk support.

Provide relevant education and training and create documentation for non-technical users.

Work remotely and onsite to perform IT projects and upgrades.

Perform other duties as assigned by IT Manager.

Attend regular conference calls with EMCOR IT & Security.

Ensure compliance with EMCOR IT SOPs.

Coordinate investigations to resolve information system issues.

Conducts research to understand, explain and resolve technology issues.

Communicates updates to users that have been or may be affected by a problem.

Follows up with users after problems have been resolved.

Initiates onboarding procedures for new users into the system.

Ensures response times are quick and effective to appropriately resolve requests.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 Operating Systems Support

Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 Operating System Support

Microsoft Office 365

Microsoft InTune

Microsoft Azure

Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy

DNS/DHCP

TCP/IP

iPhone, iPad, and Android Support

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

CompTIA A+ Certification.

Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) Certification.

Carbon Black or similar endpoint security technology.

Microsoft SCCM or similar configuration technology.

Cisco Meraki network technology.

JOB SPECIFICATIONSTo best meet the needs of our organization and customers, the right person will meet the following specifications:

Associate degree in computer science, business, telecommunications or related field OR equivalent experience and training.

Five (5) plus years of progressive IT experience, including hands on experience with:

Microsoft technology such as Windows desktop and server operating systems, Active Directory and Group Policy, O365

Security tools such as EDR, Endpoint Protection, BitLocker, etc.

Endpoint configuration and vulnerability management tools such as Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, Tanium, etc.

Working knowledge of large desktop/laptop deployments including design, engineering and support of the desktop, desktop applications, desktop images, encryption, endpoint security and the associated systems of application delivery and group policies.
