Inventory Clerk

Conduct thorough and meticulous inventory counts of all stock and materials.
Utilize attention to detail to ensure accuracy in recording and tracking inventory levels.
Perform regular audits of inventory data to identify and rectify discrepancies promptly.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate inventory movements and ensure efficient workflow.
Utilize ERP systems and other software tools to manage inventory records and generate reports.
Execute daily inventory reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory records and identify any inconsistencies.
Monitor inventory levels and forecast future inventory needs to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize errors.
Actively participate in inventory-related meetings to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve inventory-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to navigate spreadsheets and perform basic functions.
Strong background in basic computer skills and mathematics.
Familiarity with internet applications and ERP systems preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
Demonstrated reliability and dependability in previous roles.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
