Sr. Software Developer

Description:This position is 'Hybrid' and requires work onsite in either Fort Collins, CO or Falls Church, VA TEKsystems is looking for a senior software developer to support our government client. We are targeting people passionate about the environment, agriculture, and wildlife. This position will require a clear background and obtaining a Public Trust Clearance. Position: As a senior software developer (front end), you will work on a team of contractors and government personnel to ensure that ECOS is always available to the American people. This project is part of a migration effort to move systems entirely plus transition to the Cloud. You will: Build, test, and maintain infrastructure for a wide variety of systems and web applications that make up ECOS using multiple technologies Work closely with software engineers to deploy web applications and respond to incidents in production Be responsible for defining and implementing security controls for ECOS applications in the cloud Qualifications Should have experience in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C#, Go, Python, etc. Should have experience building, testing, and maintaining services in AWS using infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform Should have 2+ years’ experience as a UI/UX designer Experience working within an integrated development environment such as Visual Studio Experience with application security concepts and security risk frameworks such as OWASP and NIST RMF is a plus Experience with AWS GovCloud is a plus Partially Remote You are required to work at least 2-3 days per week in the office and may work 2-3 days per week from home.Skills:Java, C#, Development, Software development, CloudTop Skills Details:Java,C#,Development,Software development,CloudAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Required government background for Position of Public TrustExperience Level:Intermediate LevelAbout TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
