Construction Manager
Description:Looking to hire an experienced construction manager for our team in Virginia Beach.
Will help process submittals, RFIS, contribute to project plans, coordinate with subcontractors, generate/update schedules, and provide general site construction management in the field.
Ensure all start packages are complete and accurate before construction begins
Ensure construction activity follows the established plan and schedule
Maintain current lead times for contractors and suppliers
Properly schedule and oversee the completion of all municipal inspections
Ensure cycle time goals are being met
Follow company processes for internal in-lines and quality inspections
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of residential or multifamily construction
Soft skills: reliable, hard worker, attention to detail, wants long term opp
