Nighthawks in Troy, NY is searching for a couple dedicated line cooks (one full time, one part time). The right candidate should have some experience and feel comfortable making their own specials and taking ownership over the food they make!

Nighthawks is a farm to table neighborhood restaurant in Troy, NY. We are passionate about taking great care of our employees, our guests, and our community Everything is made from scratch, using as many local high quality products we can get our hands on.

The right candidate should:

Have a passion for good food & cooking

Have 2 years kitchen experience or some schooling (this can be flexible)

Be able to work through recipes

Have a positive attitude and a cool head
