EXPERIENCED HVAC Installer

Boulder Heating & AC is looking for an experienced installer. We are very consistently busy, so we need someone full-time, year round. We have never had a slow period for installations yet!

We do alot of installs of:

Mini-splits

Furnaces AC Units

Boilers

Humidifiers

Water Heaters

MUST be able to install most on this list from start to finish (boilers would be a big bonus!). If not able to do electrical, we have someone who can do that part. But we are looking for someone who can install the rest by themselves, or with a helper.

Please, only apply if you have HVAC Install Experience. We are not able to train people on installs at this time.

We are a growing company with a stellar reputation in town. We primarily work in Boulder and the mountains, with a few jobs outside of Boulder.

Looking for someone who:

Has HVAC Install experience and can do most of the installation by themself

Wants to work and be part of a growing business

Shows up all scheduled shifts

Is knowledgable and friendly, fluent in English and willing to learn new things.

Overtime is a possibility, but not mandatory.

Experience in service would be a big plus, too, but installation is the job we are hiring for!

Pay rate is between $28-32+/hr, depending on experience. We offer all the regular benefits after 90 days.
