Description:Actalent architecture division is seeking a Architect to join our client in Washington, D.C. to assist with booming Historic Preservation Portfolios. Ideal candidate should have experience with either portfolio type, the ability to produce construction document sets, and manage a project independently.The ideal candidate must be motivated, a creative thinker, and be passionate about creating places that enrich and inspire. The position involves working with diverse teams on a wide range of potential project types, including learning environments, housing, adaptive reuse, and civic and cultural institutions.Skills:

Ability to produce construction drawings

Project management experience

Construction administration

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years of experience

Licensed architects preferred

Historic preservation experience is a huge plus - an interest in that type of work is a must.

Must have Revit experience
