Multi-Task Residential Laborer (Brevard County - Hiring ASAP)

Residential Restoration Contractor seeking positive team member for completing different tasks at residential properties. We provide homeowners with restoration repair service from damages from fire, water, wind, and mold. Please review all points of interest and requirements prior to replying. Employment Type: Full-time (25-35 hrs per week)

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7:45 AM – 5 PM

(6) Paid Holidays

(1) Week PTO after first year, (2) weeks PTO after second year.

Overtime available and depending on versatility.

Weekly pay schedule.

Job Overview: Multi-task willing individual to perform, and be proficient in the following tasks -

Load/unload/transport construction materials and other items as needed.

Able to handle demolition of areas with cautious outlook and recognition of repair process.

Able to assist in preparation of job sites for other vendors and events.

Able to follow residential repair work orders and/or follow directions/detail.

Minimum Employment Qualifications/Requirements -

MUST be able to pass a criminal background check.

Active Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs and complete physical tasks given daily.

Use of a ladder - Able to go up and down a ladder and work confidently (as needed).

Strong communication skills, able to communicate with management, staff, vendors, and the client (as needed).
