The OpportunityThis position works out of our Livermore, CA or Orlando, FL locations in the Abbott Heart Failure, Acelis Connected Health business. Our Heart Failure solutions are helping address some of the World’s greatest healthcare challenges.As the Revenue Cycle Management Analyst, you’ll have the chance to be a key member of the Operations team supporting organizational reporting and analysis needs.Principle ResponsibilitiesThe following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job, but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Directly support the business reporting and analysis needs of the ACH RCM Team

Develop, schedule, and maintain reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards in multiple programs such as, PBI, Excel, SRSS, Salesforce, & Sharepoint

Research, analyze, interpret, and report data to key stakeholders as requested

Identify any issues or data inconsistencies and work to resolve with appropriate teams

Clean and transform data. Critically review data values to accuracy and understanding.

Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders across ACH to deliver relevant insights based on identified business requirements

Develop reporting protocols to ensure data consistency in reporting.

Organize and structure reports, report content, and dataflows in a clear and concise manner.

Responsible for report design methodology and report documentation

Remain informed about system, database, and process changes and how these changes impact reporting needs.

Facilitate EOM meetings with operational leaders and senior leadership.

Upload various files into SQL Server on a daily, weekly, and monthly occurrence.

Required Qualifications

BS/or equivalent combination of education and experience in reporting and analysis roles

Proficient in PBI Desktop visualization, PBI dataflow structure and maintenance, DAX query language, and deploying solutions to the cloud based server

Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.

Ability to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment

Intellectually rigorous, analytical, and curious

Dynamic, motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented creative thinker and problem solver

Effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Fundamental understanding of data repositories and data processing on-premises and in the cloud

Expert level skills Excel, such as charting, pivot tables, functions (vlookup, sums, counts), formula writing

Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL)

Proficient understanding of relational database structures and cloud based database structures

Proficient in Salesforce reporting tool and Salesforce dashboards

Able to integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics like Power BI service (SaaS), or by API automation

Physical Requirements

Must be able to work at a computer workstation for extended periods of time.

Required close vision and the ability to adjust eye focus often.
