As a leader in the MRO industry, we partner with customers to make sure they have the right maintenance and repair parts on hand when needed.We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor with strong leadership skills and the motivation to work in a faced-paced environment.This position is located in Suwanee, GA. Supervise assigned department employees. Enforce company policies and rules. Responsible for the safety, security and leadership of all employees conducting operation activities within the facility.

Ensures efficiency and productivity of inbound and outbound materials. Sets goals and priorities for the team to maintain accurate and timely task completion.

Coordinates cross-functional activities with internal departments.

Responsible for all orders shipping on time (same day), with proper packaging and labels.

Verifies all shipping containers meet or exceed minimum Department of Transportation regulations.

Resolves issues and advises management of problems.

Assists in the creation and maintenance of standard work instructions. Identifies opportunities for long-term improvements.

Lead department meetings and align employee efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Associate’s Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Minimum 5 years in related warehouse experience; 2 years in leadership position.

Supervisory experience in a unionized environment, preferred.

Excellent written and verbal skills, as well as effective listening skills.
