Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail oriented and highly organized Housekeeping Quality Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. As Housekeeping Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring Guest Readiness of all Vacay Whitefish properties along with coordinating and supporting a team of professional contracted housekeepers.

Duties:

- Property Inspections - upon each cleaning completion, review the property to ensure guest readiness including the cleanliness and overall presentation, guest amenity stock and placement, etc. The Housekeeping Manager may be called upon to clean properties or assist assigned housekeepers when necessary, launder household items, and report maintenance issues.

- Coordination of Housekeeping Team - using company software, schedule contracted Housekeepers to ensure successful and timely completion of housekeeping before guest arrivals; lead and direct contracted housekeeping professionals and other necessary vendors; enlist qualified partners when needed

- Product Ordering and Billing - responsible for the inventory and reorder of household linens, cleaning stock, and guest amenities, as well as the sourcing of miscellaneous replacement products for properties. The Housekeeping Manager will stock properties with said products and maintain housekeeping storage in each property.

- Guest Services - respond promptly to guests’ needs and take responsibility for the guest experience; be available to assist with Guest issues and needs such as delivering supplies, Guest Rental items, and other miscellaneous requests; follow all safety and sanitation policies

- Owner Relations - understand and support Owner needs and assist in preparation of homes for their stays

- Representative of Vacay Whitefish - maintain a positive influence in the community and positive relations with area vendors; balance team and individual responsibilities, contribute to building a positive team environment; prioritize the company’s success

Experience:

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Computer skills: proficiency in typing, spelling, email, and basic spreadsheets

Excellent communication skills

Ability to lead and organize vendors

Housekeeping, Management, and/or general business experience preferred

Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask

Standing, bending, and lifting up to and including 20 lbs
