Maintenance

We are looking to fill a full time position for an experienced maintenance technician. This position requires that you are responsible for the completion of maintenance work on either the buildings as needed, or in the apartment units. You would have work orders to complete for current residents & preparing apartments for new move in/upcoming residents.

We are looking for someone that has previous experience in this field of "unit turns", and knows how to prioritize & organize to be time efficient to complete them. The person also needs to know how to prioritize what work needs completed first each day as it comes. Need your own tools & own transportation; as you will need to run for parts or supplies at times. Will have an "on-call" rotation also. We are looking for a dependable, trustworthy, conscientious, detail oriented, respectful person to fill this position. The schedule is: Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm with weekly pay. Your pay will be based on experience and performance of that; and can increase with hard work & display of skill level.
