Branding Tools Inc., a leading provider in the branding industry, is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. This in house phone-based position focuses on conducting supply checks with our existing clients, ensuring they are aware of their current stock levels.

Role Overview:

Conduct Supply Checks: Reach out to our current client base to discuss their current supply levels, ensuring they are adequately stocked.

Update Client Records: Accurately log all interactions and feedback in the client database.

What We Require:

Exceptional communication skills and telephone manner.

Strong listening skills and the ability to engage with clients in a friendly and professional way.

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Experience in customer service, especially in a phone-based role, is preferred.
