POSITION TYPE: Full-Time

LOCATION: In Office; Auburn, WA

BENEFITS: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

WAGE: $18-$28

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify key sources of potential candidates

- Conduct pre-screening phone interviews, coordinate interviews and do hiring assessments.

- Build/Establish and maintain relationships with trade schools, colleges and other sources for candidates including - attending career fairs.

- Coordinate pre-hire activities including employee physicals, offer letters, background checks and drug screens

- Assists the HR Generalist with various tasks including:

- compliance

- compensation

- benefits

- trainings

- Other duties maybe assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Associate’s degree or equivalent from college or technical school

- Minimum of 2 year recruiting

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

- Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers and - managers.

- Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.

- Knowledge of a variety of software including but not limited to MS Office applications and Success Factors.

- Regular attendance is required.

- Valid WA Driver’s License
