Diesel Mechanic/Maintenance Manager

Marathon Mail Service is a Well established trucking company in Madison seeking a part time experienced diesel mechanic to work on our tractors and straight trucks to also include other equipment (straight truck boxes and trailers).

PMS, service work and other minor repairs/maintenance. We provide our indoor shop work space for the trucks. Hours are flexible. If you possess a current CDL class A or B potentially shuttle trucks to and from local shops for warranty work or swapping out with our Wausau terminal as well.

You can work mornings, afternoons, nights and or wkds what ever days work with your schedule. Working an average of approximately 20 hours per week on equipment. We also require our shop/yard to be maintained. This would include things such as walk around inspections of the fleet of equipment shop upkeep, sending paperwork to our home terminal in Wausau and vice versa for employees upkeep of equipment paperwork and the yard/lot maintenance. This would be another 10 to 20 hours per week.
