Roof repair or total roof replacement needed

I have a leaking roof in Madrid. The north side of the building has had new tar placed on it. Now the south end needs the same. It’s a flat tar roof. Eventually I would like a new roof with a slant, so I welcome estimates for a repair AND a replacement. A company called heartland roofing came out today and quoted me $60,000-80,000 for a new roof, which is more than my entire building is worth. Best deal gets my business. I’d like to stay under $2,500 for a full repair, and I’d like to stay under $10,000 for a full new roof replacement. Texting me is the quickest way to get responses.
