ELECTRICIANS AND HELPERS

We are seeking exceptional electricians and helpers! Must be licensed to be considered for electrician, those who have experience, but are not licensed - we can talk - but you will not be paid what a licensed journeyman makes. 90% of our work is at NIGHT (9pm-5am), and we do not do public works. We specialize in COMMERCIAL/big box work - no residential, no service work. ALL candidates require a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and own tools.

All work is within an hour's drive from shop - ABQ, Los Lunas, Belen, Socorro, etc. (We rarely do long term out of city work.)

Requirements:

JE -98's will have a minimum of 3 years experience running a project by him/herself: crews, blueprints, code, preferably in commercial work, own tools and reliable transportation.

Helpers: must have at least 3 yrs of experience, own tools, reliable transportation, and positive attitude.

Pay: All JE-98's start at $32/hr, plus $1.00/hr night work, plus $1.00/hr for out of town work. Most helpers are at $20/hr - with shift diff's of $1.00/hr night work, plus $1.00/hr out of town work. ALL pay rates are DOE.

We also pay you 10% of the job profit! The lead JE gets 5%, and workers split the other 5%.

Possibilities? We paid $18,500.00 in bonuses for ONE JOB last year - and yes- that lead got a $9000 bonus for that ONE job!
