Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in Vietnamese is essential.

Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with patients via phone, email, text, and in person.

Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Proactive attitude towards learning from mistakes and a commitment to continuous improvement for the enhanced service of our patients.

Keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with various office equipment.

Typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
