make ready painter etc

I need a non smoker good painter who has SSN, transportation . These are unoccupied houses that we get ready for rent. You must be productive oriented. Painting interior walls , trim , and doors. Also be able to do misc. Change out lights , install blinds , yard work , trim trees sometimes clean.
