Customer Service Representative with Jewelry Company

A well-established company looking for dedicated employees with an attention to detail.

Jewelry experience is a HUGE plus.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

Qualify for benefits after 2 months (includes medical, dental, PTO,401K, 401K Matching and holiday pay).

Customer Service/Office Admin will be working with a team to accomplish daily tasks.

Daily duties include: Responding, coordinating, answering to customer phone calls and emails, data entry, updating customer information/files, Client Satisfaction Surveys, Marketing projects (via mail and email, etc.)

Desired Experience

Data entry

Use of standard office equipment (printing, scanning, PC)

Knowledge of Office Programs (mainly Word and Excel)
