Unlock your potential!Job Summary and QualificationsThe Knowledge Management Process Manager is responsible for the oversight and operational management of knowledge management projects, implementations, reporting and governance. This individual is a member of a cross functional team, which includes knowledge management and learning and development professionals, business owners and clients, project management, IT&S and others as needed. They will work closely with these various groups to drive knowledge management processes and strategies to achieve desired results. As a key strategic resource to driving knowledge management, this person demonstrates solid management skills and behaviors in addition to continually striving to meet and exceed customer expectations. This individual will have responsibility for managing and executing multiple concurrent projects: planning and leading various business unit executives and their designees through the successful execution of knowledge management initiatives. In addition, evaluation of knowledge management technologies, their appropriate uses, and providing direction around development in and usage of those knowledge management technologies falls under the responsibility of this role.What you will do in this role:

Aligns and drives knowledge management strategy and goals to deliver high-quality, integrated knowledge management solutions that complement the business strategy

Evaluates and determines knowledge management technology solutions that best advance various business strategies across the Parallon enterprise

Manages the development and delivery of knowledge management reporting, metrics, policies and procedures, and other knowledge management deliverables

Leads enterprise account management for Parallon’s knowledge management technology and/or applications

Manages and analyzes governance processes to improve knowledge quality and drive cost effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives

Executes knowledge management strategy and initiatives, coordinates with Project Management, Learning and Development Team , Business Owners and clients, Technology Teams and others as necessary to ensure initiative success

Managing Individuals and Teams –drives completion of project work by managing individuals and teams; delegates appropriately

Strategic Thinking – utilizes critical thinking to plan future programs and events

Communication - communicates with impact, using language appropriately to deliver clear and concise messages to business owners while ensuring understanding; well-developed and effective oral presentation skills to support public speaking events and facilitation activities; knowledge of the basic principles of developing effective communication programs; strong writing skills

Adaptability –maintains effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks and/or work environment; adjusts effectively to rapidly changing work structures, processes, requirements, and cultures

Customer Orientation - establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations

Synthesis - translates a large volume of pertinent data into clear, concise, and user-focused language to support effective communication delivery and consumption for deliverables such as communication plans, process flows, etc.

Confidence - confidently offers suggestions for improved work processes and operational efficiencies

Project Management - applies tools and processes to identify and communicate project goals, schedules, responsibilities, progress and performance

Organization - proactively prioritizes needs and leverages resources, makes preparations to effectively manage schedules

PC Skills – applies skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, knowledge management technology/applications, as well as data synthesis utilities such as PowerApps, PowerBI and others as needed per project/initiative

What qualifications you will need:

Bachelor’s degree required

Master’s degree preferred

Equivalent work experience may substitute degree requirement.

2-3 years working experience developing knowledge management process or technologies

1-2 years of experience managing and implementing enterprise initiatives

Knowledge Management credentials and/or certification preferred

Healthcare background preferred
