Uses specific knowledge about one or more technical areas to plan, communicate, and achieve objectives through the team.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Responsible for assembling account and project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed for both life cycle management and project phases, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project and meeting deadlines of project.May develop and manage budgets and schedules, establish metrics for reporting on project status. Must be familiar with the scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.Education:Typically a Bachelors degree in Math, Science or Engineering preferred or related field or equivalent experience.Experience:Typically at least 5+ years of successful network experience.Supervisory:Yes.Environmental Requirements:This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.Our Assoc Director-Network Proj/Prog Mgmt earns between $158,200.00-$237,400.00 USD Annual.
