Part Time Security Guard Needed
Condominium Association in Miami Beach is looking for a security officer to join our in-house team. Position is part-time on weekend night shift.
Florida Class D Security Officer License REQUIRED.
Work authorization: United States (Required)
Security Responsibilities:
- Maintain a secure and safe environment for residents, guests, and property within the condominium premises.
- Monitor access points, including gates, entrances, and exits, to ensure authorized entry and prevent unauthorized individuals from entering the property.
- Conduct regular patrols of the condominium grounds, including parking areas, common areas, and other designated areas, to deter potential security threats and address any suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, incidents, and alarms, following established procedures and protocols.
- Maintain a visible presence and provide a proactive approach to security by engaging with residents and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Enforce condominium rules and regulations, ensuring compliance by residents and guests, and address any violations or disturbances as necessary.
Security Requirements:
- A valid driver's license.
- Florida Class D Security Officer License.
- Condominium experience preferred.
- Neat appearance and upkeep of uniform.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Job Type/Schedule:
- Part Time
- 28 hours per week/56 hours per pay period
- Hours are 10am to 6pm
