Help Desk Analyst I
Description Robert Half, partnering with a rapidly expanding company, is looking for someone to support local and field users as a Help Desk Analyst. You will thrive at solving problems in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment as a Help Desk Analyst. Due to this Help Desk Analyst role having a large amount of visibility within the company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization. This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Syracuse, New York area and is a long-term contract to hire opportunity.How you will make an impact
Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
Provide solutions and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
Diagnose recurring technical issues and implement solutions to address the root of the problems
Offer IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally
Requirements - Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems
Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
Comprehension of basic networking concepts
Basic Troubleshooting experience
Technical Support experience desired
Expertise in Point of sale
