As a Recruiter at TORKLAW, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and attracting qualified candidates to interviewing and hiring great teammates to join our growing organization. .What does a Recruiter do?As a Recruiter at TORKLAW, you will collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. You will utilize various sources, such as social media networks and employee referrals, to attract candidates. In addition, you will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications and fit for the company.Ultimately, your role will be crucial in ensuring that TORKLAW attracts, hires, and retains the best talent while maintaining a strong talent pipeline throughout the year.Responsibilities:
Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
Source and attract candidates using various methods, including social media and networking
Screen resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company
Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs
Prepare and post job descriptions on job boards and other platforms
Manage the applicant tracking system and candidate database
Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices

Our ideal candidate will have more than 6 years of plaintiff's personal injury experience. Excellent communication and people skills are essential.
Candidates must be organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
