Accounts Payable Clerk

We are inviting applications for an experienced and dynamic Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic finance team and help us keep our financial operations smooth and efficient.Key Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices for payment, both manual and electronic, in the SAP AP module.

Monitor purchase orders to ensure accurate billing and payment.

Assist in monthly closing processes and reconciliations.

Handle vendor inquiries and resolve dispute/differences efficiently.

Verify and audit expense reports and check requests.

Support the AP team in improving the workflow using VIM/Open Text.

Maintain organized records of all financial operations.

Collaborate with the accounting team for annual audits and reviews.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills: A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent field. Proven experience with SAP - AP module. Knowledge of VIM/Open Text – Workflow. Intermediate knowledge of Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven to be responsible, reliable, and have the ability to handle confidential information.
