Maintenance Technician
What we are looking for: Experienced Senior Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at East Edge Apartments, a 108-unit community located in Morningside.
PAY:$22-$25/HR PLUS, quarterly bonus potential up to $750 per quarter, $100 a week on-call bonus, and a full benefits package that is second to none.
SCHEDULE: M-F 8-5PM with on-call rotation of one week, every five weeks

REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years’ experience in maintenance (with 1 Year specifically in multi-family housing preferred)
Experience managing/supervising 1+ employees
HVAC Certification with strong boiler knowledge preferred
EPA License preferred
CPO Certification preferred
