PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Work of this Project consists of renovation and expansion of a one-story county health facility to accommodate additional office, meeting, and examination areas plus accessory storage and mechanical areas. Work of this project includes, but is not limited to Selective Demolition, Construction of exterior metal-framed walls with brick veneer, New standing seam metal roof over areas of expansion joined to existing metal roofing, Interior flush wood doors in hollow metal door frames, Hollow metal doors and frames, New interior room finishes including suspended acoustical panel ceiling, Interior Signage, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical system alterations, Site Utilities, Paved driveways and parking areas, Signage, and Landscaping.
