Customer Service Representative

Columbus Dry Cleaners is looking for friendly, energetic and responsible candidates to fill positions of Customer Service Representatives at the South End and South Boston locations. Full-time & Part-time positions available. No Sundays & no nights.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, waiting on customers when they call or visit the location, ticket writing, tagging in of garments, filing, identifying clothing and anything other related to customer service.

Requirements:

- Exceptional Customer service skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail oriented

- Basic computer and math skills

- Experience a plus

Full time and part time available.
