Job description

Small, locally owned business in Williamsburg, MA looking for a motivated individual to join their growing team!

This part-time position, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8am- 4pm, with potential to for more time.

We are looking for an individual that has experience working in an office setting, preferably answering phones, filing, some knowledge of bookkeeping experience, and proficient computer skills. Someone who isn't afraid to learn.

The selected candidate will preferably:

1. Be willing to answer the phone and greet and interact with customers

2. Keep inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed

3. Willing to file invoices, bills, etc. daily.

4. Have a strong understanding of general bookkeeping and accurate record keeping

5. Have some basic knowledge of the QuickBooks application, or be willing to learn

6. Possess strong basic math skills

7. Have an understanding of Microsoft Word/ Excel (no formula needed)

8. Have some experience with Google, (chrome, docs, sheets, and email)

9. Communicate effectively with all members of the company.

The above description covers the most significant duties performed but does not exclude other occasional work assignments not mentioned. You will wear many hats!
