CAREGIVER, PCA, CNA, PARAMEDIC, RN

I have been asked by a very prominent family to staff 2 caregivers 24/7. 365 days a year. I will be interviewing to put a team of 6 to 7 caregiver staff together with one of the caregivers being the lead caregiver and managing the schedule.

As this is a very unique position to have two caregivers working hourly at the same time, I am specifically looking to put together the 6 to 7 care team of the best and most professional care team in MN.

THE CLIENT's (the women has PLEASANT Dementia, and is 5"1' and the male is 6"2' and has not been diagnosed but is showing signs of pleasant dementia. The family attorney and clients daughter wants me to put together polished caregivers that have the gift and experience to be professional and trustworthy. Caregivers that work well together and can commit to at least 5 years. While this is a rare request and we cannot expect all caregivers to be able to commit to 5 years, it would be great if you could. We fully expect that the clients will have a long range outcome with they're respective health care with individual journeys.

All caregivers should have at least 5 years experience and have a professional gift to want to serve and protect the client.

This is a sleeping overnight assignment as well as during the day to go out and eat at the country club or various upscale restaurants and take clients for drives. The caregivers will be escorting them and joining them for dinners and luncheons.

At this time, there are no major issues but the caregivers must be fully experienced in all manners of dementia care.

The clients attorney has also advised that they may offer 2 weeks vacation allowance as well per caregiver.

YOU THE CANDIDATE: must be trustworthy, be able to explain to me what your gift is be dependable neat in appearance. have a clear driving record, as well as pass a background investigation.

I am only looking for the very best caregivers. People that work well with others. Have never quit a client without notice, and do not have any "issues."

Pay will be $40.00 per hour and is a 1099 position initially but will be a W2 position starting in June 2024. Pay increases annually will be tied to cost of living index as published in the WSJ. Pay is 2x per month electronic deposit by payroll company.
