Seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager/Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the President/CEO of a handful of different businesses. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

Manage and prioritize the President/CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Screen and respond to incoming emails, phone calls, and inquiries on behalf of the President/CEO

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and special events

Assist with project management, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks

Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for meetings and presentations

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Act as a liaison between the President/CEO and employees, vendors, and customers

Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Manager/Executive Assistant or similar role.

Business School Graduates welcome to apply

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Slack, Google Sheets)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities

High level of integrity and reliability

Must be self-motivated and be able to ‘think outside the box’
