We are looking for a seasoned Recruiter to join our team as the Recruiting Manager. Interested candidates must be results oriented, self-confident, and demonstrate a high sense of urgency, organization, and integrity. Staffing or Recruiting Experience required. Essential Job Functions:

The Recruiting Manager is responsible for driving the recruiting and order fulfillment of the branch, the staff in the local office and compliance with state and federal regulations. Additionally, the Recruiting Manager is responsible for working with the Branch Manager and Staffing Team to maintain the existing accounts and relationships established in the community. The SAM is responsible for portraying the vision and culture of All Star Labor & Staffing to the existing branch.

Management:

Assist in the hiring and training of qualified personnel in the local branch, in cooperation with the District Manager and Corporate Operations team.

Train, mentor and assist in the development of the existing staff on procedures and policies set forth by the Corporate Operations Team.

Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment practices and regulations.

Assist in developing procedures for staffing and recruitment, the processes and screening of applicants, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Assist Branch Manager with ensuring accurate time records for temporary employees, including timesheet processing.

Ensure accurate and compliant filing and data entry practices.

Ensure all job orders are filled in a timely manner with qualified temporary employees.

Timely reporting of all Workers Compensation Claims and Incident to Safety Manager.

Work with Branch Manager to ensure the branch meets the goals and profitability set forth by performance pay plan.

Develop customer profile sheets, providing staffing team with the “skill set” and “desired employee” to fulfill the need of the employer.

Lead daily morning and afternoon meetings to ensure efficient work practices and download knowledge of all current orders to the team.

Account Management/Recruiting:

Develop a relationship with existing accounts, ensuring that the branch is exceeding the expectations of the employer, through continued customer service.

Assist applicants with the application process, ensuring all required forms are completed and accurate.

Screen applicants to ensure the applicant possess the skills and requirements, as requested by the customer.

Conduct interviews for specific positions, as well as the general screening process.

Perform testing on applicants, specific to employer, including background screening, drug testing and proficiency testing.

Assign and coordinate with customer and employee for start date, times, wage, etc.

Perform orientation of new-hires ensuring safety, policies and expectations for temporary employees, as well as time card and payroll processes.

Any other duties, as assigned, for the overall function of All-Star Labor & Staffing.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years Staffing or Recruiting experience

Strong attention to detail

Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role

Effective communication skills

This is a full time position Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM. Base salary of $52,500k -$60k plus performance pay. We offer a competitive benefits plan including Medical, Vision, and Dental, PTO, Holiday Pay, Life Insurance, FSA, and 401k w/match, upon successful completion of probationary period.
