Office Administrator Needed

Small, investment firm in downtown Ashland is looking for a part time office administrator to work approximately 3-4 hours a day (preferrable in the afternoon but we can be flexible), 5 days a week.
The person we are looking for should be an organized self-motivator who is also a good problem solver. They should be able to:
Work independently and also with a small team
Multi-task
Have good communication skills
Be computer literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (word and excel specifically)
Have a willingness to learn about the financial industry
Prior experience in the financial industry is a plus as well as exposure/experience with a client relationship manager (CRM – we use Red Tail), but we are also willing to train the right person. Future growth within the company is possible.
Duties Include:
Greeting clients
Answering phone calls and routing to proper person
Processing tasks for clients and filling out appropriate paperwork
Client communication
Document filing/scanning/uploading
Keeping track of office/printer supplies
Helping clients and advisors with money distributions, account openings, etc.
Keeping the office tidy, dusted, plants watered, etc.
Start date: Approx. May1st
