Are you a property maintenance guy for an apartment building or just looking to get into Property Maintainence work.

I have 7 properties most of which in Narragansett and looking for a Full or Part time worker.

Handyman skill set must include: Painting ( interior /Exterior)

Light electrical and plumbing

Be able to repair and replace items in the home.

Yard work

Up- keep of the properties year around.

Maybe maintain pools
