Hiring Food and Beverage Supervisors for 4/12 - 4/14- Racetrack Event!

Our company is now hiring event-based, experience Concession Supervisors and Food & Beverage Captains to work local racetrack event located in Austin, TX.

Event Dates: Friday, 4/12/2024 through Sunday, 4/14/2024

Event Times: 6am - 6pm (12hr shifts)

Requirements:

- Clear background check.

- Must have experience working in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a supervisory or management position.

- Must have strong communication and leadership skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

- Must also be knowledgeable about food and drinks, be able to make recommendations to customers, and ensure that all staff adheres to health and safety regulations.

- Consistent professional and neat presentation and friendly demeanor.

- The ability to provide excellent customer service.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Highly organized and attentive to detail.

- The ability to manage crowds and remain calm in stressful situations.

- The ability to stand for extended periods.

Physical Demands:

- This job may require extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling for up to 8 hours.

May also lift up to 50lbs.

Uniform:

- Solid black button-up shirt

- Black slacks/pants

- Black non-slip shoes w/black socks
