About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to support the Merchant Services Business Enablement Team within Consumer Lending. The primary function of the Business Enablement Team is to provide information, support tool, reporting and insights to ensure our sales and relationship management teams are as effective as possible. Develop sales and relationship management reporting and analytic requirements with product and technology teams

Consult on development of Sales and Relationship Manager productivity reporting and analytic insights

Track, forecast and provide analytic insights on sales and relationship manager pipeline

Develop and lead ongoing strategic deal review process

Provide analytic insights to sales and business leadership to ensure our sales and relationship management teams are structured in the most effective manner possible

Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management

Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Excellent business insight and strategic orientation in translating analytics into business actions and results

Financial services industry experience

Merchant Services experience

Experience analyzing and summarizing data and presenting results or recommendations

Experience researching, analyzing, documenting, and presenting organizational metrics that drive business decisions

Proven ability to coordinate, lead and facilitate group meetings

Business consultation experience in defining key performance metrics, dashboards, or scorecards

Proven ability to synthesize data to form a story and align information to contrast or compare to industry perspective and historical business trends

Experience translating and presenting complex data in a manner that educates, enhances understanding, and influence decisions

Knowledge and understanding of Tableau, SQL and/or data visualization software products such as Microsoft Power BI

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

This position offers a hybrid work schedule
