Service Technician Food Equipment (Richmond VA)

Our company diagnose, repair, recommend replacements for Food Service Equipment in all major Grocery Store Chains. This candidate must provide a DMV 3 year report for consideration, have applicable documents needed to hire for I9 compliance. Consent to a background check and have a negative pre-employment screening.

The following is a list of desired criteria but is not limited to the job description:

Location : Must be able to work at assigned branch location

High school diploma or GED

Experience preferred & pay will be determined on the experience you have.

Climbing up to 10 ft with ladder

Occasional roof access may be necessary

Extensive walking 3-5 miles / day

Extensive driving 5-6 hours / day

Kneeling, squatting, bending, pushing / pulling

Operating machinery and / or power tools

This position will culminate with the individual working with a mentor and learning the skills needed to analyze, diagnose, repair, or install commercial food equipment.

The individual may be required to maintain service-related documents, as well as being responsible for Company resources which include, tools, test instruments, laptop, cell phone, and other service-related parts.

Maintain safe and clean work area. Monthly service-related objectives and training in your assigned area.
