Everett commercial property management firm is seeking a strong Part-time Real Estate Trust Accountant to join our busy accounting department!
You’ll be responsible for the Real Estate Trust accounts as well as assisting on our other accounts from time to time. This position will be a great fit for someone who enjoys working with friendly co-workers in a supportive and fast paced environment.
Immediate opening for an in-office position for 3-4 days per week between Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities of position for multi-company entities include:
Accounting / Bookkeeping experience required
Excel and QuickBooks experience required
Able multitask large amounts of data entry with attention to detail
Commercial property experience beneficial
Current/valid WA state driver license and a working reliable vehicle that is registered and insured is required.
