Summary of Position

We are looking for a Property Manager to oversee 220 units across two properties in Tacoma (15 min drive apart). You will be responsible for the following:

- Manage applications process, completing rental agreements, lease renewals

- Manage rent collection (including following up on late/delinquent rents, issuing notices, filing evictions)

- Enforce terms of rental agreements and community regulations to ensure a high-quality resident experience.

- Keep the property in a neat, clean, and well-maintained condition. Exterior and interior inspections of the community on an on-going basis.

- Assist with responding to maintenance issues and managing on-site maintenance

- Preparing monthly reports and maintaining accurate records

Requirements

- Disciplined self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills

- Well-organized & responsible

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to respond to and resolve unexpected problems and handle priority changes in a fast-moving, fluid environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Must have a vehicle and valid driver license

- Must undergo a background check

- Office hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 9am-5:00pm

- 3+ years working experience

Preferred

- Property management and property management software (Appfolio) experience

- Bilingual (Spanish)
