Staying true to our Montana roots, we’ve created 12 secluded Haus accommodations that give you the ultimate in privacy while surrounding you in nature. This isn’t just a luxury resort. About The Social Haus Located at the center of the resort, the Social Haus is the true heart of the green o, just a short walk from each of the Haus accommodations. Soaring windows open to the outdoors, allowing the mingling of cooking aromas with the fresh, pine-scented air. Details like Shou Sugi Ban wood, stained to match the surrounding pine trees, and artisan-designed custom lighting accentuate the feeling that you’re enveloped in the forest. Inside, you’ll encounter the inner circle bar, an intimate lounge, a dining area and an open kitchen. Take in the sights and smells as you watch chefs prepare exquisite meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. the green o is seeking to add Servers to our team. The purpose of the Server is t o be the primary contact between guests and the back of house. A server understands the flow of service which can range between but is not limited to ticket times, food preparation, guests’ needs & clearing of tables. To be passionate about hospitality and to deliver the highest standard of service to our guests. This position starts at $20 an hour and goes up from there depending on experience. The Primary Functions are:

Take and serve orders

Enter guest orders using resort POS systems

Know the sequence of service and follow it each time when approaching a table

Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and presentation

Attend to guests upon entrance

Present menus and help guests select food/beverages

Answer questions pertaining to the Restaurant menus

Keep up-to-date knowledge on all menu items including preparation, any allergens, and alternative preparations, and specials; Communicate food restrictions to Food & Beverage and Culinary team

Collaborate with server assistants to ensure guests needs are met

Check food before serving it to guest to ascertain that appearance, temperature, order and portions are correct

Converse with the guests at a high level, being aware of their needs and fulfill special requests as instructed by management or the guest directly

Ensure confidentiality of guests before and throughout their stay

Assist with guest service issues accurately and promptly; Communicate effectively with Restaurant Manager to assist

Maintain up-to-date awareness of Resort information and amenities

Work in collaboration with other teammates to deliver guests expectations

Maintain a clean, organized dining room and workstation

Perform opening and closing duties

Maintain table settings, cleanliness and service throughout the course of the meal

Present check in a timely manner

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures

Looking for Team Members with:

High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work

Minimum 1 year of experience as a server, preferably in a resort or fine dining setting

Knowledge of world class hospitality and service

Basic knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, food & culinary methods

Valid Food Handler’s License

Valid State Driver’s License

Proficient ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and prioritizing workload throughout the day

Has a friendly and professional manner under periods of high demands and with guest, team members, and management
