Punch/Make Ready Carpenter Needed! Full Time Work!

We are looking for Skilled Carpenters for new apartment Make Ready / Punch in Denton. You will be helping finish the final touches on a unit. Must have the ability to read a punch list. PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! We are looking for someone to start immediately. Call or text (817) 647-2242 with your contact info.

Hours are 7am - 3:30pm Mon-Fri

Previous experience REQUIRED.

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS (Drill, Circular Saw, Level, Square, Tape measure, Putty knives, Hammer, etc.)

Pay= $18.00-$20.00hr (1.5 X Overtime)

Job duties will consist of:

-Plumbing

-Electrical

- Light carpentry

- Drywall (float, tape, texture)

- Trim

- Cabinets

- Appliance install

- Touch Up Painting

-Also metal and wood framing

MUST HAVE TOOLS!

Job Requirements:

- Proof of eligibility to work in United States

- Two forms of valid ID
