Local apartment management company looking for a skilled and dedicated HVAC / Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

Maintain / Repair / Install HVAC equipment.

The ability to understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance.

Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly.

Guaranteed 40 hour work week, paid every week, paid holidays. No after hours calls.

All properties local (Newport News / Hampton).
