Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

Maintain vendor files and records.

Reconcile all vendor staements and resolve any discrepancies.

Prepare accounts payable checks.

Post all items in accounts payable daily.

Monitor and maintain the dealership accounts payable aging reports.

Assist with the monthly, yearly, closing process.

Assist with accounts receivable and special projects as necessary.

Run errands as necessary.

Qualifications:

Experience working in a dealership or other fast paced environment.

Ability to work independently and prioritze tasks effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong organizational skills.

Team player who is able to pitch in and assist team members as needed.

High level of Professionalism and Confidentiality when handiling sensitive information.

Job Type: Part time

Salary: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
