Part Time: Accounts Payable Specialist
A rapidly growing, global pharmaceutical company is looking to add AP talent to the team for a fully remote position! MUST BE IN EST ZONE! Position Title: Accounts Payable Specialist- part-timeLocation: Horsham, PA - 100% remote Industry: Pharmaceutical Qualifications/Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree in related field (accounting, finance, economics, business admin)
3+ years of full cycle accounts payable experience
Purchase order knowledge and matching experience
Oracle Fusion Cloud AND Concur experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables & V-Lookups is a plus!)
Soft Skills:
Someone who can work independently
Disqualifiers:
No experience OR no degree
Someone who is overqualified, Tax accountant etc.
Job Description:
Processing vendor requests
Address vendor inquiries
Process invoices
Initiate payment runs
Manage concur
Volume:
The subsidiaries they will be taking on will increase the volume, about 200 invoices per week (about 50 per person)
Most payments are ACH or Wire
There is a shared AP Mailbox they need to monitor
